Kalamazoo has been home to Data Guardian since we started in 2004. For Kalamazoo X-Ray Sales, our parent company, Kalamazoo has been home since its inception in 1968. With offices, a destruction facility, a drop-off facility, and a records center all located in Portage, we are committed to our community and yours.

Data Guardian is Kalamazoo's only locally owned and operated secure destruction facility and is NAID AAA Certified in document destruction, non-paper destruction, hard drive destruction, and micro-media destruction as well as NAID Custodial Certified in scanning and imaging. We also have a local state-of-the-art records storage center.

At our drop-off and destruction facility, located in Portage, we are able to handle jobs big and small for your business or individual needs.

We serve and run routes regularly throughout Kalamazoo and its surrounding areas, including but not limited to: Augusta, Climax, Comstock, Delton, Galesburg, Lawton, Mattawan, Otsego, Paw Paw, Plainwell, Portage, Richland, Schoolcraft, Scotts, Texas Township, and Vicksburg.
